Overview :
The Manager, Copay Program - Immunology is a position at Galderma, a company that specializes in dermatology products and services. The main responsibility of this role is to plan and manage the copay card program(s) for the Immunology portfolio, ensuring quality implementation, alignment with business priorities and patients' needs, and accurate forecasting and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that the program rules are implemented with the highest quality and that the ongoing management of the program is effective and efficient.
- Documenting the program rules and specifications in a clear and concise manner, ensuring that all stakeholders have a clear understanding of the program.
- Continuously identifying areas for improvement, resolving any unforeseen challenges that may arise, and evolving the program rules to align with the business priorities and the needs of the patients.
- Informing the program needs for forecasting, accruals, and GTN planning, ensuring that the program is accurately forecasted and that the necessary accruals and GTN planning are in place.
- Developing ad-hoc reports that provide insight into the utilization trends of the program, allowing for data-driven decision making and continuous improvement of the program.
Skills and Qualifications
- Education: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university is required. Master's degree or higher is desirable but not required.
- Experience: A minimum of three years of experience in patient access solutions is essential. Experience with Coupa and MMIT platforms, as well as copay programs for specialty/biologic products, is a plus.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of U.S. co-pay card programs and patient rebate card models is crucial.
- Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Comprehensive analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions, are necessary.
- Collaboration: A proven track record of collaboration and coordination with key stakeholders is required.
- Presentation Skills: Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all constituents are essential.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required.
