Here at Syneos Health we are currently recruiting for a Clinical Trial Associate to work in a sponsor-dedicated position. The position will be office-based in Munich.

Your main responsibilities:
  • Creates and assists with maintenance of electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) and project files, including participation in file audits (ca 80%)
  • Assists in the management of study documentation during all phases of the protocol execution (start-up maintenance and study closure)
  • Maintains, updates and inputs clinical tracking information into databases
  • Manages shared mailbox, processes and routes correspondence appropriately
  • Handles receipts, tracking, scanning and upload of invoices
  • Maintains Finance study file
  • Filings and uploading of contracts
  • Maintains overall awareness in the field of clinical research by completing all necessary and assigned training
  • Utilizes technology effectively to support the clinical development process. Uses applications and software (Study Management Tools Outlook Excel PowerPoint etc.) to support the processes and protocol teams
We are looking for:
  • An enthusiastic new colleague
  • Experience in Clinical Trials is preferred
  • Preferred but not required experience in using eTMF and CTMS
  • Bachelor's degree in Biology or similar is preferred
  • Preferred but not required Demonstrated accountability for tracking of essential documents
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office and general computer systems
  • Fluency in German language (both written and spoken)
