  • Coordinate input from operational departments on assigned Projects to understand and model out-of-scope budget amendments to projects and work effectively with all relevant departments to obtain signed client agreements within the required timeframe from initial identification to ensure a healthy client balance is maintained.
  • Work with Head of COM & SCOM to drive Sponsor interactions & Change Order negotiations to optimise project revenue generation on assigned projects while maintaining positive CRO-Sponsor relationships.
  • Work with SCOM to prioritise assigned workload appropriately to meet agreed timelines, identify risks and manage the escalation process.
  • Maintain and update the Change Order Log on an ongoing basis to ensure accurate records of all assigned projects’ out of scope activities to support the centralised reporting of change order status to meet business needs.
  • Work with Head of COM and SCOM to ensure that processes and systems designed to support Change Order Management and thereby the business are both fit for purpose and are adhered to, and assist in identifying process improvements on an ongoing basis to facilitate this.
