About Our Client

Our client is a multinational bio-pharmaceutical company based in Belgium. They are looking for a Pharmacovigilance Excellence Associate to join their team; this is a fantastic opportunity to join one of Europe’s leading pharmaceutical companies.

Job Summary

You must monitor and evaluate health, compliance and performance of the pharmacovigilance system's end-to-end process.

Ensure that assigned areas of responsibility are audit and inspection ready at all times and that any findings or potential gaps are addressed and dealt with appropriately in a timely manner.

Support pharmacovigilance training components and follow-up actions for training related findings in audits and inspections.

Implement pharmacovigilance training strategy and provide guidance to document owners as well as line managers.

Provide support for new/periodic reviews of pharmacovigilance related terms in the company glossary.

Skills and Requirements

Proficient project management skills – drive and set timelines with inter-dependencies, identify and mitigate risks and provide status updates.

Awareness of clinical safety and pharmacovigilance principles with the capacity to apply regulatory concepts.

Ability to identify risks and propose solutions whilst taking into consideration the balance of compliance and business risks.

The ability to work under time constraints whilst maintaining a commitment to quality.

Experience working within a team environment that is cross-functional, inter-departmental working with groups in a worldwide environment.
