Our client are experts in global medical research patient recruitment and retention and trusted partners in delivering results for clinical studies. Having experienced phenomenal organic growth over the past 10 years they are now seeking an experienced professional to assist in the daily activities relating to Patient Recruitment and Retention programmes.

Key attributes/Skills/education
* Experience in Clinical Research / healthcare administration (minimum of 6 months)
* Degree
* Administrative background / training
* Excellent verbal, listening and written skills
* Proficient in excel, word, power point, skype
* Attention to detail
* Self motivated, keeps deadlines
* Reliable

Responsibilities include
* Be aware of tasks delegated and ensure they are completed within given timeframes and to the highest quality
* Provide administrative support to the patient and site engagement team, site ops team and office operations team
* Assist with the vendor process
* Ensure that any requests from clients are successfully communicated within the team
* Share best practices within the team

Detailed Responsibilities
* Update and maintain trackers
* Minute taking
* Maintain SOS training logs, liaising with project teams as required
* Assist with SOS quarterly meetings and newsletters
* Arrange and conduct SOS company and study training, liaising with office operations team and project teams, as required
* Assist with the preparation and tracking of vendor documentation
* Co-ordinate translation and printing tasks
* Assist with QC of documents as requested
