Medical Device Labelling
Herts
12 month CONTRACT - may be extended
c £50k

Our global medical device company is looking for an experienced Project Manager to act as a Labelling lead for label system implementation. The project will implement and maintain Global Regulatory and Quality processes, tools and documents supports the client.

Responsibilities;
- Assemble a project team
- Perform Gap assessments and determine requirements and resources
- Responsible for project budget
- Lead on project risks and analyse throughout project lifecycle
- Manage changes using verification techniques
- Improve team performance

Education / work experience
BA or BS (emphasis in management or related discipline preferred) or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years demonstrated project management experience in at least one discipline (Labelling, RA, Finance, Procurement, IS, R&D, Operations, etc.) preferred
EU MDR experience preferred
PMP certification or equivalent (i.e. PRINCE2) desired


Knowledge / competencies
- Must be able to lead projects but also perform assessments and complete tasks.
- Must be able to analyze and correct process and/or system issues of a broad scope using independent judgment
- Excellent interpersonal communication, collaborative teamwork and negotiation skills
- Ability to build trusting relationships with mid-level management
- Demonstrated experience in presenting to executives
- Ability to generate and explain detailed proposals, schedules, objectives, and other documentation accurately
- Utilise proper software to maintain project records such as PPM system, MS Office, SharePoint, or Visio
- Subject matter expert for the regulatory/ business requirements of their area of ownership
- Effective communicator and consensus-builder
- Proven ability to implement large-scale projects on a broad scale
- Labelling, Regulatory, EU Medical Device Regulations (MDR) or systems/printers knowledge preferred.
