Clinical Project Manager - Belgium - Oncology Trials

In support of our Oncology specialist clients, I am recruiting for a Clinical Project Manager to join a dedicated team working on a range of cancer studies trailing a range new cancer treatments.

Reporting to the head of clinical operations, this position will see you working in partnership with various departments and other cancer research groups to provide management of clinical study activities and to support product development with the clinical & medical teams

You will take oversight of the global study budget and contribute towards the vendor selection and other third party CROs that will support the organisation in its study activities to make sure that study timelines and deadlines are adhered to.

As such, you will oversee the activities of CRO involvement as well as occasional co-monitoring of CRAs and work to resolve and quality issues that might arise with the support of the clinical project director. Therefore, experience of working in a CRA capacity and in a study manager or similar position will be a benefit towards the success of this requirements of this position.

Within this role, you will also collaborate with the medical director and CSO to assist in the development and preparation of a range of clinical study documents and protocols.

You should also have good communication skills and be able to develop strong working relationships with site staff and KOLs / study investigators, negotiate and agree payments to supporting partners at sites and also work with these sites to track and measure their performance of clinical study activities.
