Senior Manager Global Product Marketing

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the establishment and execution of an aligned and targeted strategy
• Contribute to developing the Global Wound Care strategy
• Drive the product development pipeline
• Monitor continuously market trends & developments and competitor activities in order to optimally influence the development and positioning of the assigned product range
• Product lifecycle management and Brand management for the area of responsibility
• Define the positioning and claims
• Strategic pricing
• Steering and collaboration of projects
• Conception and initiation of usability studies, clinical observation studies, case studies and clinical studies
• Work closely with healthcare professionals in the out- and in- patient sectors
• Support of countries for operational topics, launches and training
• Monitor complaints and initiate corrective measures if appropriate

Requirements

• Background in scientific or business linked studies or equivalent expertise gained through professional experience and/or professional development measures
• Professional experience In marketing, ideally gained in the German and/or international context and in the medical environment
• Experience in project management and ideally in leading international projects
• Experience in working in cross-functional and multi-cultural context
• Constructive and open collaboration and communication

• High market and customer orientation
• High interpersonal skills and creative drive
