Operating Room Sales Specialist, Part-time

On behalf of my client, a distributor of medical device products, I am recruiting for an Operating Room, OR, Sales Specialist .  

As a member of the OR Team, working across a range of OR products, you will coordinate and carry out product trials, support existing business and educate customers on new market trends & products in conjunction with the OR Sales Manager. You will cover the Dublin and greater Leinster area but with flexibility to provide support to the Southern and Northern regions if required. This is a part-time role, with a requirement of 3 days per week. There may be times where you will be expected to be flexible on this, should the business require it.  
 
Applications are invited from candidates with the following background and experience:
•    You will have a relevant Business/Sales and/or Clinical qualification. 
•    Strong sales drive is essential, sales experience desirable but not a pre-requisite.  
•    Commercial understanding and planning a key advantage. 
•    Knowledge of the operating theatre market in Ireland desirable.  
•    Enjoy working as part of a high performing team. 
•    Can communicate your message in a consistent, open and interactive way regardless of the situation or audience. 
•    Can deal with several tasks at once, is able to adapt to most situations.  
•    Computer literate in Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint. 
•    Self-motivated & ambitious and ability to manage and plan workload according to focus business areas.  
•    A clean, full driving license.
