The Opportunity

We currently have an exciting opportunity in our Medical Devices team in Milton Keynes, working as a Project Coordinator.

This is a key role in the Medical Devices team with responsibility for the co-ordination and oversight of technical and regulatory reviews. Using project management software and systems, the successful candidate will support the scheduling, delivery and management of a diverse portfolio of specialist reviews, supporting manufacturers around the world.

About You

You'll be working in a customer orientated environment associated with medical devices and have a good understanding of project management principles. Your structured approach, excellent organisation and prioritisation skills mean that you plan effectively, have an eye for detail and are committed to delivering a excellent service, on time. An effective communicator and team player, you'll thrive in a highly regulated and challenging environment where your contributions are really valued.

In addition you'll have:
      • Exposure to an administrative role working within a regulated business or industry
      • Sound computer skills (e.g. Windows, Excel, Word) and ability to learn BSI systems e.g. SAP
      • High levels of initiative with a strong focus on delivery
      • The ability to understand, interpret, and communicate project activities and provide status updates to stakeholders
      • An appreciation of operating within a highly regulated environment
      • Experience in the coordination of complex projects
