Our global pharmaceutical client is looking for an experienced and professional Project Coordinator Level 1 to support the Medical Affairs Team.

Building Medical Affairs (MA) capabilities is critical in order to achieve strategic ambition, ensuring that we have an industry leading MA organisation that delivers the highest quality external engagement. To support this, a Medical Affairs Project Coordinator is required for 6 months.

The Medical Affairs Project Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination and support of core capability programmes in the LOCs and Therapy Areas
The role will work closely with the Medical Affairs Excellence Directors and Operations Director to:
* Plan, schedule and co-ordinate activities for the Medical Affairs Excellence Program in support of capability development for Global Medical
* Work closely with LOCs and training vendors to ensure all logistical requirements are in place for the training programmes including venue arrangements, course material, and delegates attendance
* Facilitate and provide technical support in the delivery of webinars
* Prepare learning reports and metrics to support the reporting of Medical Affairs Excellence activities
* Archive course material and update training records in accordance with governance requirements
* Competent in the use of IT Systems including Skype for Business and Webex
* Contribute to Medical Affairs Excellence priority projects
* Collaborate with other Project Coordinators to provide cross-cover support of Medical Affairs Excellence team activities

Skills/Knowledge Required
* Experience of co-ordinating f2f and virtual online events.
* Proven planning and organisational skills as well as the ability to multi-task and problem solve
* Excellent communication skills as role will require working between different countries globally across company and external parties
* Demonstrated ability to successfully handle multiple projects/activities concurrently.
* Team oriented, flexible approach.

Preferred Skills Knowledge
* Experience in the administration of a Learning Management System
* Experience with remote meeting systems Skype for Business, Webex
* Good knowledge of GSK
