Role Purpose:

We are looking Change the HEOR project delivery paradigm through technology-enablement and rigorous real-world validation.

Responsibilities:

• Delivery technology-enabled HEOR projects
  • Respond to client RFPs and win HEOR services work
  • Develop tailored solutions to specific client problems
  • Conduct statistical analysis e.g. Hazard Ratios, Kaplan Meier
  • Distil strategic insights from analytics
  • Communicate results and generate value to clients
  • Manage overall project & collaboration with different parts of the organization

• Productionize HEOR project delivery
  • Develop scientific methods in Python
  • Refine Python methods based on project experience
  • Validate method output vs. established approaches in SAS and R

Desired Skills:

• Healthcare systems and/or pharmaceutical industry knowledge
• Deep knowledge of HEOR/RWE methods and approaches
• Track record in data analysis (e.g., Pandas, Numpy & Plot.ly)
• Strong problem solving & analytical skills
• Experience of working in an agile development environment (e.g., Scrum)
• Self-motivated and keen to contribute new ideas
• Willing to travel between London and Brighton

Qualifications:

• Degree in a quantitative discipline - Computer Science/Engineering/Statistics
