Job Title: Senior Associate Contracts & Budgets (SCBA)

Location: Munich, Germany

Schedule: Full Time - Office Based

TalentSource Life Sciences, the division of CROMSOURCE dedicated to flexible staffing solutions, is currently recruiting for a Senior Associate Contracts & Budgets to strengthen the team of one of our TOP Pharmaceutical client Companies in Munich, Germany.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Establish contractual arrangements with institutions, examiners, physicians and pharmacies through clinical trials, observational studies and Investigator Sponsored Studies in close coordination with international study teams and the local legal department
  • Processing and negotiation of contracts and budgets as well as negotiation of objections by contractors within the parameters set by the Legal Department
  • Finalise local study budgets based on international guidelines in close consultation with the heads of the International Study Team and the Pricing Group in the UK
  • Creation and maintenance of purchase orders in SAP for study contracts, observational studies and Investigator Sponsored Studies
  • Handling quarterly fee payments to trial centers, including requesting, processing, reviewing and tracking invoices through to the final audit
  • Creation and tracking of confidentiality agreements


Experience
  • Ideally completed vocational training and min. 2 year experience in contract / financial administration, in clinical research
  • Experience in handling quarterly fee payments to trial centers, including requesting, processing, reviewing and tracking invoices through to the final audit
