HEOR Engagement Manager

We are seeking an experienced HEOR Engagement Manager to join this highly accomplished global team

The HEOR practice consists of a highly accomplished growing team of Health Economic experts who specialise in economic modelling, evidence generation, HTA preparation and HEOR communication and are committed to providing the outstanding services that our client is recognised for worldwide.

They have put a huge amount of investment into their business to ensure they have established themselves as key players on the Global scale and will continue to invest so this doesn’t change. 

The HEOR Engagement Manager will have overall responsibility for the management or complex HEOR projects on behalf of some of the most successful and reputable clients within the Life Science industry.

Further Responsibilities:

• Manage large and complex projects across the Health Economics & Outcomes Research business area including Health Economic modelling, evidence synthesis, statistical analysis and HTA submissions.
• Quality assurance of economic models and technical reports
• Contribute to leadership of the team through active input on people management & business development strategy.
• Drive business development by reacting to new business opportunities, and by developing and maintaining close client relationships through strategic account management.
• Development of business proposals
• Lead collaborations with all other business functions across the globe to deliver outstanding services and drive the development of new and existing accounts.
• Coach, develop and mentor junior team members.

To be successful in this role, you must be highly experienced in the following activities:

• Building & adapting a variety of H.E models for Global use.
• Cost Effective Analysis.
• Budget Impact Analysis.
• Survival Analysis.
• Strategic Literature Review.
• Evidence Synthesis.
• Network Meta Analysis.
• HTA Submissions.

Essential Requirements:

• A driven and determined professional with the ability to collaborate quickly and effectively with all team members and departments to ensure projects are completed quickly and efficiently but with a high level of excellence and accuracy.
• Demonstrable experience within a fast paced consultancy background as a Senior Consultant or above with experience of working on global projects is essential.
• MSc in Health Economics or MSc Applied / Statistical Mathematics with a background within the Pharmaceutical / Healthcare Industries is essential.
• You will be experienced in driving business development by generating and responding to new business opportunities, and expertly managing client accounts whilst building strong and long lasting relationships.
• You must have excellent project leadership capabilities & experience, as coaching & mentoring junior staff will be a vital part of this role.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel & VBA. 
• Advanced knowledge of various HEOR/RWE methods.
