The insight team are a small group of highly engaged and intelligent analysts, with substantial untapped potential to increase revenue due to their reputation for high quality deliverables and a growing demand for their services amongst clients. Required skills and qualifications:

  • 5 years’ experience in a consultancy or medical communications environment
  • Experience managing 1 or more team members / mentoring junior team members
  • Experience supporting business development and winning new business
  • Experience as client/project lead for pharmaceutical, medical device or life science companies
  • Experience leading a team, even in a temporary, ad hoc or permanent capacity

Role and responsibilities:

  • Line management and team leadership
  • Business unit leadership – reporting into the CEO on a weekly basis
  • Build client relationships
  • Business development- Working with the in-house business development team to scope, cost and pitch
  • Project management – resource planning, timelines, managing client expectations, budget tracking
  • Project delivery including the following: 
  1. Provide strategic direction and deliver of client reports
  2. Plan and deliver Insight promotional reports, conference posters etc.
  3. Primary market research with in-house communities 
  4. Secondary desk research e.g. stakeholder and landscape mapping
  5. Planning and delivery of Key Opinion Leader mapping exercises, including the facilitation of strategic workshops, social network analysis and the production of interactive xls ranking dashboards
  6. Planning and delivery of strategic advisory boards and roundtables, including advisor identification and engagement, compliance, moderation and the development of key outputs
