Covance is currently recruiting for TWO Clinical Contracts Specialist to be office based in Paris. These are client-dedicated roles with a top 10 Pharma company and so you will only be working to a single set of SOPs

To qualify you NEED at least 1 year of working on Clinical Research Contracts but ideally 2 years experience. You may currently be a CRA, Study Co-ordinator or Junior Project Manager; as long as you have solid experience in Clinical Contracts!!

One of the key studies is a large late phase study (65-70 centres) in Ophthalmology whilst the others are interventional studies within Oncology.

Key Duties:

Ensure the preparation of contracts (initial and amendment) with the investigator centres, to set up clinical trials on time, to negotiate and finalize hospital agreements, interact with the legal department whenever necessary for the finalisation of the contract

Ensure the preparation and submission activities (initial if applicable and implementing) of the financial treaty frameworks to the CNO.

Prepare and monitor the clinical trial budgets, based on the elements of the study provided by the protocol and study coordinators. Interact with budget managers and BPA if necessary for budget monitoring.

Track the invoicing of studies

Update the contract tracking database
