Germany Based*Senior Manager Global Product Marketing*Wound Care

I am currently working with one of the leading providers of wound treatment solutions for patients and healthcare professionals around the world, they are looking for an individual to join their biological evaluation team, a hardworking individual who can cooperate with others but also work well independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the establishment and execution of an aligned and targeted strategy for designated product and therapy are
• Contribute to fine tuning and developing further to the global wound care strategy
• Contribute to driving the product development pipeline
• Monitor market trends, developments and competitor activities continuously
• Product lifecycle management
• Strategic pricing
• Steering and collaboration of projects
• Conception and initiation of usability and clinical studies
•   Working closely with healthcare professionals
• Support of countries for operational topics, launching and training
• Monitor complaints and initiate corrective measures

Requirements:

• Background in scientific or business linked studies
• Professional experience in marketing, (gained in Germany or internationally ideally) within a medical environment
• Experience in project management
• Cross-functional and multicultural experience
• Constructive and open collaboration and communication
• Intercultural competence
• High market and customer orientation
• High interpersonal skills and creative drive
