You will help inspire and grow a team that can deliver the organisations Business Development needs and results within a well-established and continually growing company.
You will be focused on developing existing and new clients as well as expanding service offerings to existing customers with consultative selling.
You MUST have experience in Market Access within Life Sciences and Business Development as well as experience in a Pharmaceutical CRO.
You will also have the opportunity to help develop/define the company’s growth strategy to continue to the organisations quickly growing expansion.
You will be able to develop long term and profitable client base as well as deliver and create an environment of collaboration and togetherness within their team.
You will have the opportunity to mentor more junior members of the team and be able to demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills with both internal colleagues and clients.
