JOB SUMMARY

As a CRA Line Manager you will have the opportunity to oversight and manage of CRAs to ensure they are meeting expectations of core monitoring responsibilities.

LOCATION

Belgium (Office based with flexible Home Based)

ROLE/DESCRIPTION

• Team management (9-10 CRAs)
• Providing coaching ans performance feedback to all team members
• Providing reports on productivity and other performance indicators to management
• Ensure the proper conduct of the tests in the investigative centers in accordance with the protocol, procedures and Good Clinical Practice (ICH-GCP)

REQUIREMENTS

* Minimum of 4 years' experience as a CRA with minimum 2 years as Lead CRA with mentoring responsibilities;
* Previous experience mentoring or coaching CRAs;

* Strong leadership, mentoring, and motivational skills;

* Occasional travel for evaluation of CRAs;

* Advanced knowledge of Good Clinical Practice;

* Must speak English+Dutch or French fluently. Any other European language is a bonus;
