Job Summary

• Opportunity to manage 60+ QA staff across 5 teams at 2 sites
• Ownership of teams' direction and overall quality compliance stratgies

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the maintenance, development and overall QMS compliance for the EU Headquarters
• Leading, growing and developing the existing Quality teams
• Acting as a key stakeholder in the face of the regultory authorities, internal stakeholders and globa business leaders
• Ensuring total compliance with the site's ISO:13485 accreditation
• Providing expert guidance to key internal stakeholders throughout the business
• Translating regulatory guidelines and directives to the various Qualty teams in an accessible fashion.
• Overseeing changes made to relevant standards and regulations to ensure the organisation's full compliance and proactivity towards internal system changes

Essential Requirements:

• Ideally a related scientific degree
• Working knowledge of FDA part 820, ISO:13485
• Proven people management experience with demonstrated ability to train and develop others
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to interpret industry guidelines and directives to the various Quality teams
• Thorough understanding of Quality principles / Quality systems.
