We have a development program positioned at the heart of our Trusted Process, which offers three years of structured training, education and on-the-job learning, in which you advance your skills and abilities for your future career with us. 

• Skills-based learning including meeting facilitation, project management, negotiation/influencing, and clinical research; 


• Intensive hands-on experience as an ambassador of our Trusted Process; observing, supporting and guiding our cross-functional Project Teams as they plan the start and finish of their clinical trials


• Opportunities to contribute and/or lead process improvement projects within company


• Unparalleled level of exposure to various therapeutic areas, cross functional groups and to different protocols/study end points/phases.


• Exposure and interactions with both senior and executive management at INC Research/inVentiv Health and our customers


• The role requires international travel with frequent trips to European countries and occasional visits to North America and APAC regions.

You will be working in a small but dynamic global team. You need to be enthusiastic, highly adaptable, quick to assimilate new information, comfortable working on your own initiative and a keen team player. Since you will interact with people from all across our business, including some of the most Senior Leaders you also need to be confident, have strong relationship building skills and be persuasive in influencing decision-makers. Excellent communication skills are imperative. 

B.A./B.S. in the life sciences, nursing degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Nominal clinical research experience. Prior experience in a contract research organization, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology company is preferred. Clinical Research Organization and relevant therapeutic experience is preferred. Flexibility and the ability to handle multiple tasks to meet deadlines while delivering high quality work in a dynamic environment are essential. Presentation, documentation and interpersonal skills as well as a team-oriented approach. Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, web-based systems, voicemail, Email and Internet are necessary; basic computer skills using MS Project are preferred. Must have valid, current driver's license and ability to secure corporate credit card.
