As a UK CW Sales Representative you will work within a given territory (Eastern England)and be responsible for meeting both revenue and sales targets for the client whilst remaining compliant with both the regulations of the client and the ABPI.
The jobholder will :
*Achieve territorial targets.
*Achieve product appropriate market access.
*Work with clinical commissioning groups.
*Achieve regional effective team working.
Responsibilities :
*The use of relevant clinical campaigns for product promotion.
*The engagement with clinical commissioning groups.
*The setting up of practice meetings to promote understanding of the product use.
*The development of primary care product promotion.
Requirements :
*Proven track record of sales within the secondary care setting.
*Understanding of the organisations, stakeholders, influencers, policies, processes and relationships in both a secondary care and local market access environment.
*Ability to conduct an analysis and assessment of CCG/Health Boards to ensure an understanding of issues, key opinion leaders, stakeholders and health priorities.
*Ability to employ a key account management approach in working with trusts, CCG/CHPs and practices within territory.
*Demonstrable high level impact and well developed influencing skills with different customer groups and levels of seniority.
