We have a fantastic opportunity available as the Chief Medical Officer of a new company specialising in Cannabis Distribution. This is a great opportunity for an experienced medic to lead an innovative organisation with huge potential whilst also having time available for other external projects.



Advise on how best to engage with UK clinicians

Provide access to UK clinicians

Advise which disease areas / indications are likely to mature fastest

Advise on what types of products are most likely to gain acceptance with UK clinicians

Advise on likely upcoming changes in regulation (for example prescription guidelines)

Work with the CSO as part of a “product team” to ensure that the company has a market leading portfolio of products

Provide guidance and work closely with the Head of Patient Education


Key attributes

Excellent understanding of the clinical landscape in the UK

Excellent understanding of the current usage medicinal cannabis / prescription landscape both in the UK and across Europe

Informed opinions on how the medicinal cannabis / prescription landscape will change in both the UK and Europe

Widely regarded and well respected within the clinical community

The company are looking to hire someone on a permanent long term contract.
