This role will be focused on working with this specialist group to deliver on strategic value communication projects and guidance working in partnership with 90% of the world’s top 40 pharmaceutical companies, biotechnology and medical device companies.

Key responsibilities.

  • Develop strategic solutions to support budget holders and reimbursement stakeholders involved in managing the entry of new technologies into clinical practice at a global, European and UK level.
  • Work with all teams to design and implement new, creative and innovative bespoke solutions to generate and obtain evidence for the successful entry of new technologies.
  • To ensure profitable, high-quality and on time delivery of complex market access projects
  • To work with the Managing Director and play a key part in business development, both through identifying new opportunities and clients and maintaining a client facing role throughout the delivery of projects ensuring that client objectives are met and exceeded ensuring high client retention and repeat business.
  • Training, Mentoring and continuous development of talented Market Access consultants, Analysts and other junior members

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Advanced degree in a relevant healthcare subject (MSc in Market access, Public Health, Epidemiology, Health Research, Health economics, Biopharmaceutical Sciences, Drug Development, Pharmaceutical Studies)
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in market access from a commercial consulting environment.
  • Fluency in English (written & spoken) is required, and fluency in a second language is a plus
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Demonstration of good internal communication and external communication within the context of project work.
  • Strong experience of team leadership, mentoring and staff development
  • Experience across a variety of UK, EU and Global market access projects whilst playing an active role in business development
