FREELANCE: People Analytics Lead
Freelance Contract | 12 months+ | Home Based | #10253
James Carrera at Umbilical Life has partnered with a Global Pharmaceutical currently undergoing a major transformation project through industry leading invention & innovation.
Accountabilities:
Lead People Analytics projects in which you drive recommendations and decision making at senior management level, as an active partner to HR. Diagnose needs, research, analyse and transform insights into compelling stories and meaningful impactful outcomes. Translate complex statistical data to a non-technical audience.
Qualifications:
Educated to degree level you have a considerable Data Science background, 4-5 years overseeing analytical projects;
- Technically gifted without losing sight of value creation
- Natural flair for statistics and data analytics.
- Target orientated and disciplined toward project deadlines
- SuccessFactors, Qlik, R, Python, AI
