Senior Clinical Research Associate (SCRA) - FULLY HOME BASED!

My client is a global mid-size CRO, that until recently were family run. They have been through an exciting merger, re-brand and are now looking to the future with expansion. They specialize in Rare Disease and Oncology - two of the most exciting/cutting edge spaces in the industry right now! We have placed of 20 candidates with the client and all have given very positive feedback about the working environment, most stating that they enjoy the family orientated culture.

FULLY HOME BASED!

5 – 8 monitoring visits per month across Italy

Responsibilities:

• Conduct qualification, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits for research sites in compliance with the approved protocol;
• Communication with the medical site staff including coordinators, clinical research physicians and their site staff
• Verifying adequate investigator qualifications, training and resources, including facilities, laboratories, equipment, and staff;
• Completion of monitoring reports and follow-up letters, which includes providing summaries of the significant findings, deviations, deficiencies, and recommended actions to secure compliance.

Requirements:

• Life Science Degree.
• 3-4 years’ experience independent monitoring in Italy.
• Previous Rare Disease/Oncology experience. 
• Fluent in both Italian and English
