Key responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and deployment of effective and consistent global sales and marketing concepts
  • Provide direct support, input and guidance to countries
  • Development and deployment of marketing communication, campaign materials and channels
  • Support countries In the development of their wound management approach and strategies
  • Ensure provision of arguments and materials to support the development and delivery of appropriate product training concepts
  • Grow and maintain customer and market intimacy
  • Contribute to the overall development of business unit strategy
  • Contribute to the management of product complaints
  • Support the fulfilment of registration and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • PhD/MBA
  • 7-10 years in similar international or local role
  • Marketing and medical product expertise in OTC consumer healthcare or FMCG
  • Entrepreneurial and result – oriented mind-set
  • Experience in assessing markets and linking to consumer needs
  • Proven experience of influencing stakeholders at senior level
  • Experience in leading and implementing strategic marketing activities
  • Experience in digital marketing initiatives and affinity to digital topics
  • Some background and experience in sales
  • Fluent English skills
