Job Details

Hobson Prior are looking for a Quality Business Partner/RP to join a leading pharmaceutical organisation who are dedicated to transforming patients’ lives. As the Quality Business Partner, you will ensure that a proportionate quality management system is implemented and maintained.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Quality risk management.
  • Corrective and preventative actions (CAPA) to address deviations.
  • Change control.
  • Measurement of performance indicators and management review.
  • Monitor quality systems in line with GDP, MHR, ABPI and company policies.
  • Develop and carry out internal audits.
  • Support external agencies with company’s audits
  • Represent as the first point contact for all PV queries.
  • Develop Quality, GDP and PV related SOPs.
  • Support with developing risk assessment tools.
  • Co-operate with Medical Affairs, Finance, Sales and Marketing to ensure continues improvement of quality processes.
  • Deliver PV and Quality training to all company’s employees.
  • Investigate and manage Quality Events and Complaints to determine root cause.
  • Support Due Diligence activities as assigned.
  • Maintain knowledge and compliance to relevant regulation, policies, standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Languages: English
  • Successful working within cross-functional teams.
  • Relevant pharmaceutical experience.
  • Previous experience effectively managing and coordinating quality management systems.
  • Good understanding and commercial awareness of working within a distribution company.
  • Experience of working in a quality role.
  • Experience performing internal and externa audits.
  • Good knowledge of ABPI.
