Associate Director of Sales Operations - New England

My client, a highly respected pharmaceutical company, is seeking an Associate Director of Sales Operations to join their Immunology business unit. This is an organization that prides themselves on their culture of career advancement. This role will support ~100-130 individuals - from junior to very senior level. Located in the Boston area. Relocation (within US) offered for the right candidate!

Primary job duties will include:

• Develop and train team on sales tools.
• Develop insights and KPIs - driving effectiveness and growth of business.
• Initiate relevant analytics and propose solutions.
• Assist in developing sales incentive programs and compensation planning.
• Conduct field visits with sales force.

Ideal candidate will posses:

• 7+ years work experience
• 5+ years Sales Operations, Sales Leadership, Sales or consulting experience.
• 2+ years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or life science experience.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across a range of product categories.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Veeva CRM, alignment software, and analytics platforms.
• Strong project management skills.
