Job Details

Hobson Prior are looking for a Regulatory Affairs Officer to join a global medical manufacturer of point of care devices and tests to join them on a permanent basis in Germany.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the preparation and maintenance of technical documentation of IVD medical devices in German / English language.
  • Assist with administrative activities related to dossier preparation and compilation for new submissions, variations, and other regulatory filings.
  • Maintain hard copy filing systems in accordance with company internal standards.
  • Support identifying, monitoring and communication of regulations and standards, country-specific and product-specific regulatory requirements.
  • Support Post market surveillance.
  • Notarize and legalize documents e.g. legalized copies of registration documents, etc.
  • General clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing.
  • Creation of label templates in the label software and managing the release process.

Key Skills:

  • Team working and good oral and written communication skills.
  • Meticulous eye to detail with multiple and competing priorities.
  • Proactive and positive attitude, service-minded.

Requirements:

  • Technical or scientific education.
  • Prior experience with medical devices / with quality management systems is an advantage.
  • Fluent German and English.
