Job Details
On behalf of our client, a growing pharmaceutical company, we are currently recruiting for a Clinical Research Coordinator. This is a contract role, approx. 6 months in duration.
Mission
The successful candidate will support the development and implementation of a global Clinical Development department.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Global Head of Clinical Development or designee.
The Clinical Research Co-ordinator will assist in the delivery of projects to high quality standards, will maintain a positive attitude that promotes team work within the company and a favourable image of the company.
The role involves, but is not limited to:
- Supporting the Global Head of Clinical Development, acting as a co-ordinator between CROs for Project Management and Operations.
- To assist in administrative and operational activities of the programmes to agreed timelines and budget in accordance with GCP, to the required standards and timelines to deliver the project.
- Preparation and provision of project documentation required as part of the Project Master File including meeting minutes, study specific procedures, study reports.
- Delivery of project status reports.
- Writing and managing SOPs
- Maintenance of project schedules
- Maintenance of databases, administrative and budget related tasks.
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Life Sciences
- Preferable minimum 3 years’ experience in Pharma, Clinical Research Organization or Biotech
- Experience with MS Office Packages
- Understanding of Global and EU legal requirements and GCP
