Your responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Our Patient Access Managers are working on the ground with our customers every day; how would you like to co create project proposals with them and our external stakeholders (HCPs, patient groups, Commissioners and others) ensuring effective development and implementation of solutions that enhance healthcare for patients?
• Collaborate with a high number of cross-functional internal stakeholders (Franchise teams (HO and Field) Finance, Legal, Compliance) to describe the business opportunity & project proposal, desired outcomes, potential value etc. and gain cross functional alignment for the "triple win" PATIENT : NHS : NOVARTIS
• Work closely with the Market Access Strategy Managers on prioritising and then delivering the best projects that will support patient access
• Establish success criteria, manage finances and identify key metrics for successful implementation of each new care model project or outcome based scheme

Minimum requirements

What you'll bring to the role:

• A track record of proven project management
• Cross functional collaboration and experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders, both internal and external
• Resilience and the ability to work with ambiguity
• A "can do" attitude and ability to tackle issues head on to produce results and deliver for patients
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Desirable requirements:

• Knowledge of the NHS and funding flows
• Business/commercial acumen
