TMF Analyst
Office based in Farnborough, Hampshire

 

 

Summary:
Serves as the business analyst for centralized and consolidated measurement, planning, and reporting for the Trial Master File (TMF) Operations Business Unit (BU). Works with end-users, TMF Operations staff, cross-functional staff, and external users to execute assigned deliverables within scope and on time.

Responsibilities:
• Assists with systems development, validation and integration work (for incoming/ outgoing data) for quality and integrity, as applicable.
• Grants access for internal/external users based on requests according to the company’s Standard Operating Procedures/Work Instructions, as applicable.
• Performs the role of liaison between TMF BU departments, external end users, IT and Vendors with study specific enhancements, electronic TMF transfers, and bridging with other systems, as applicable.
• Ensures the successful development of structure updates and configuration of relevant collaborative workspaces according to assigned specifications and workflows as applicable
• Performs other work-related duties as assigned.

 

 

To succeed in this role you will need the following skills/experience:
• Undergraduate degree and/or minimum of 2 years related experience with degree in the life sciences, computer science, information technology, business administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Proficiency in Electronic Document Management Systems, web-based systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), email, and voicemail.

 

• Above average attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational, interpersonal, and team-oriented skills.

 

• Flexibility and the ability to handle multiple tasks to meet deadlines while delivering high quality work in a dynamic environment are essential.
