Customer Service Representative

Location: Germany, Wiesbaden

Schedule: Part Time - Office based

Role & Responsibilities
  • Accepting customer telephone calls in the Customer Support Centre
  • Label and send assay CD's
  • Writing and evaluating works
  • Data maintenance


Qualifications & Experience
  • Commercial education
  • Safe handling of Microsoft Office
  • Customer focus
  • Good English knowledge
  • Advantageous call centre experience
