Associate Director, DMPK ~ UK

As DMPK, Associate Director you will:

• Act as DMPK Representative, providing core subject matter expertise for project teams.
• Provide scientific and managerial leadership for a team; prioritizing and executing key deliverables within the project needs.
• You will support the selection and development of a successful and high-performing team.
• You will contribute to the further elements of capital budgeting and overseeing implementation plans.
• You will have input into developing new business, from within your network.

Experience / Requirements;

• PhD, MSc or BSc in a related discipline
• Extensive knowledge of ADME & PK studies.  
• Broad experience in working with cross functional project teams to support drug discovery and/or pre-clinical development
• Extensive experience of biotech and/or pharmaceutical industry experience in discovery DMPK
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
