Covance is looking to recruit an Employee Relations Administrator for our HR team

• 12 month contract direct with Covance
• 18 - 20 hours per week – 9.30am to 3pm daily (to include unpaid 30 mins for lunch), Monday to Thursday (can be flexible if another pattern is preferred)
• Based at Maidenhead – office based
• Reporting to Employee Relations Director

Responsibilities

• Producing monthly ER stats, dashboard and trend analysis
• Ownership of monthly orientation day at Maidenhead for all new hires
• General admin for the ER Director including preparation of case files, organising employee meetings, note taking etc
• Production of Settlement Agreements; copies, filing, liaison with payroll etc
• Preparation of training decks, training admin, logistics etc
• Opportunity to run some training sessions (depending upon experience)
• Redundancy admin when required (planning, letters, meetings, manager coaching etc)
• ER project work as required
• Co-ordination of meetings as required
• Logistics for HR Directors including booking travel, meetings, researching options for meetings
