Accountable for:

• Lead all statistical aspects of global clinical development programs, including project planning, coordination, and prioritisation to foster efficient, innovative and robust drug development processes
• Provide statistical-methodological consulting and input to the statistics and data science community to drive innovation and state of the art methodology to ensure efficient and scientifically sound development programs.
• Apply established and innovative statistical methodology in clinical trials and projects as well as in exploratory analyses.
• Efficiently and effectively coordinate statistical activities for multiple projects simultaneously.
• Be an effective collaborator, communicator and team player with other statisticians, colleagues from various disciplines and external stakeholders.

Qualifications/ Requirements:

• Master’s degree, equivalent, or higher in Biostatistics or related field
• 7+ years’ experience within Statistics in clinical trials.
• Experience with Adaptive Design trials and Umbrella/Platform trials preferred but not required.
• Experience with Bayesian analysis preferred.
• Experience with regulatory submissions and support preferred.
• Extensive experience in leading statistical activities in clinical research.
• Ability to program in one or more statistical software packages used to conduct statistical analyses such as SAS or R.
• Proven ability to effectively communicate statistical concepts.
