Freelance Contract | 6 months+ | UK, South | #140838
James Carrera at Umbilical Life is sourcing an experienced Workday Consultant to analyse, maintain and support the Human Resource Information System, developing Performance & Talent processes.
Accountabilities:
- Data integrity, system security and maintenance, system modifications, system audits and recommendations for process changes
- Responsible for the configuration and launch of Objective Setting, Mid-Year Reviews, Performance Reviews and Talent cycles.
- Play a key role in the education and training of end users
Qualifications:
Educated to degree level you will have excellent Performance & Talent process expertise gained over 3 years in similar roles, as well as;
- Excellent HR process experience
- Track record of driving delivery of performance management
