Our client is a leading independent and family owned Pharmaceutical organisation within Dermatology and Critical Care. They maintain a strong focus on developing, manufacturing and marketing safe and efficacious drugs for treating psoriasis and other skin diseases as well as thromboembolic disorders. They pride themselves on an award winning down to earth and people centred culture.

They are looking to maximise the performance of people through appropriate learning and organisation effectiveness interventions and are looking for a training partner to take responsibility for this in order to deliver their commercial business objectives.

They will be required to build capability at multiple levels across the UK, Nordics & ANZ Cluster and will frequently be based in their Head Office in Berkshire.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Trainer in the Pharmaceutical industry and have an excellent understanding of accepted L&D processes such as modern workplace learning methods, TLNAs, coaching models, sales models, Learning Styles, and evaluating L&D interventions.

Head Office experience is also essential in this instance where they will have demonstrable success in product training. Experience and knowledge of the product and therapy area will be required and although not essential the CIPD qualification would be a distinct advantage.
