Daniel Knight at RBW Consulting is looking to speak with an experienced Programming Manager to join an innovative CRO based in the UK.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an award winning CRO and its successful management team.
You will have complete oversight of all programming activities, improving processes, developing team members and driving the overall success of the programming department.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly experienced programmer to further develop their career. You will have excellent hands on programming experience as well as a proven ability to oversee teams and take on line management responsibilities, whilst also having the flexibility to work from home.

Main responsibilities:
- Develop the biostatistics department by training, mentoring and recruiting talented individuals to further build this already successful team
- Ensuring the highest standards of programming deliverables at all time to ensure projects are delivered to budget and on time
- Build the companies overall programming capability to allow for expansion and new business opportunities
- Maintain a productive, positive programming department with great relationships between cross functional departments
Skills and experience:
- Thorough knowledge of programming, statistics and the clinical drug development process
- Oversight and line management skills to provide direction to the team and improve processes
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to provide a positive approach and collaboration
- Well developed organisation ability and experience in line management
- Strong technical programming skills
- Experienced ideally within a CRO environment
- Extensive programming experience within CRO, Pharmaceutical or Biotech industries
