We have a rare and exciting opportunity for a CTA LINE MANAGER.

This opportunity is full time but one day/week from home would be on offer for the successful candidate.

The other 4 days would be office based in West London - White City.

The role would suit an experienced CTA or CRA who wishes to come back in house and manage a team of clinical operations support associates (CSAs).

The role exists within a busy clinical operations department of a top ten pharma company and will focus on the set-up and management of UK and Ireland clinical trials.

Reporting to the country head of clinical operations, you would be overseeing approximately 15 CSAs (clinical support associates) working across multiple therapy areas to include oncology- primarily in phase II/III

You would be employed permanently by Covance and outsourced 100% dedicated to the pharma company.

Experience Required

Relevant experience within the clinical Research environment with an excellent knowledge of Clinical Research processes including ICH GCP, with previous experience as a senior CTA or CRA.

 

Previous line management experience

 

PC Literate – Intermediate Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes

 

Proven expertise in communication and managing multiple priorities

 

Experience within other areas of Clinical Research Industry desirable

 

Experience in ethics / R&D requirements essential
