Do you want to join an international, dynamic and innovative research company with a great working culture? This company are looking for a talented Associate Director with a background in Quantitative & Qualitative research to join This officiant companies Health Division, United Kingdom.

Summary of role

Within their Client Account Team, you will manage clients in the delivery of quantitative and qualitative projects from inception to completion with input from directors,  coach researchers, and contribute to our sales generation efforts.

Client management

  • Develop strong relationship with clients
  • Write proposals to win new business, consider timescales and calculate the research cost alongside Directors.

Project management

  • Oversee projects and project teams, ensuring that projects are delivered to time and budget
  • Write and give impactful client presentations.

Develop Mentorship 

  • Develop the resources in the business, enabling the researchers to grow and develop their creative & research skills. Ensures junior team members are given learning opportunities on projects.

CAPABILITIES

  • Deep understanding and experience of quantitative and qualitative research, especially quant and tracking research, at all stages from design to delivery
  • Significant experience of market research projects within the healthcare industry. Experience in oncology quantitative research would be ideal
  • Proven experience in client management
  • Good experience in training/mentoring people to bring the best out of people
  • Able to travel occasionally to the US & within Europe
