Job Details
I am currently recruiting for a Maintenance Supervisor to join the team of a global pharmaceutical company!
Responsibilities may include:
- Providing maintenance support to manufacturing and managing a team of craftspersons.
- Set and deliver challenging targets for performance metrics.
- Identify improvements in the work area, including identifying key areas of downtime and putting corrective actions in place.
- Ensure CAPAs, Deviations and Change Controls are raised and followed through.
- Provide direction, guidance and leadership to the technicians within the Business Unit including planning their work.
- Integrate production and maintenance activities where possible.
- Use the Maintenance Management System to carry out routine work, record breakdown work associate with equipment and ensure that preventative maintenance carried out is relevant and carried out on time and in full.
Qualifications & Experience Desired:
- Third level qualification preferably in mechanical engineering.
- Experience in the implementation of maintenance systems and continuous improvement
- A minimum of three years’ experience in a maintenance supervision role in a regulated environment.
