Job Title: Medical Monitor

Location: Raleigh, NC

Schedule: Full time - Office Based

TalentSource Life Sciences is currently searching for an experienced Medical Monitor to join one of our biotechnology partner companies in Raleigh, NC. This is a full time opportunity where the successful candidate will be working on studies dedicated to one client .

The Medical Monitor will join our team in the United States to support submissions activities of a Phase III Program within Psoriasis. The Medical Monitor will be responsible for providing clinical support to the Project Team from study design to dissemination of results.

Major Accountabilities and Responsibilities

• Support submission activities
• Review and write safety narratives
• Is clinical advisor for the entire lifecycle of the clinical trial by answering medical questions
• Participates actively in the project meetings by giving his/her medical advice
• Review study data listings from a medical point of view
• Analyze and make an independent interpretation of study data/results
• Write and/or review protocol, Case Report Form (CRF) and Clinical Study Reports (CSR)
• Provide training in specific disease/therapeutic area

Required qualifications

• University Degree in medical disciplines
• Board certification as a Dermatologist
• Experince working in Dermatology is essential, experience with Psoriasis would be beneficial
• Two years (at least) of medical experience
• Five years (at least) of experience within Clinical Development, preferably with late stage experience
• Experience with submissions and international with the Regulatory Authorities
• Fluent in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, Outlook)
