Research Director - Paris

This international company are looking for a Associate Director to join their highly dynamic and innovative Health division in the South East  of the UK.

KEY TASKS

You will manage clients in the delivery of quantitative and qualitative projects from inception to completion with input from directors, coach researchers, and contribute to our sales generation efforts.

Client management:

• Develop strong relationship with clients
• Write proposals to win new business, consider timescales and calculate the research cost alongside Senior Directors.

Project management

• Oversee projects and project teams, ensuring that each is delivered to time and budget
• Write and deliver impactful client presentations

Developmental Mentorship:

• Develop the resources in the business, enabling the researchers to grow and develop their creative & research skills. Ensures junior team members are given learning opportunities on projects.

 Skills

• Deep understanding and experience of quantitative and qualitative research, at all stages from design to delivery
• Significant experience of healthcare market research. Particular experience in Oncology and / or Rare Diseases will be ideal
• Proven experience in client management
• Good experience in training/mentoring people to bring out the best of individuals’ abilities
• Able to travel within Europe and occasionally long-haul
