Job Details

Client: Pharma
Type: Contract
Duration: 12 months
Start: ASAP

Responsibilities: 

  • A Compliance Specialist conducts regulatory examinations and internal audits across the organization, periodic compliance reviews of departments, ensuring that procedures and guidelines are met
  • Prepare documentation of internal procedures utilizing state and federal rules, regulations, statutes and other third-party compliance resources.
  • Prepare compliance manuals and programs, develops compliance training modules and training of compliance team members, and performs due diligence visits and risk assessments.
  • Deal with non-routine tasks and confidential information.
  • Good analytical skills and systems awareness, high level of data gathering, process mapping and financial .
  • Knowledge of SOX Compliance
  • Proactive monitoring of CAPAs to ensure holistic trends are proactively resolved
  • Participates in the overall CAPA effectiveness programme and continued improvement on root cause analysis and follow-up CAPA
  • Participates in Quality Risk Management
