To strengthen our Ethics and Compliance Group, we are looking to fill the position of: E&C Partner UK & Ireland.

What We Offer

• Act as the strategic business partner representing Ethics & Compliance internally and externally.
• Provide subject matter expertise and leadership on healthcare compliance matters.

About the Role
You will be responsible for:

• Fully understanding Ethics and Compliance risk environment and its impact, covering the UK & Ireland.
• Partnering with stakeholders to properly manage these risks.
• Coordinating E&C activities locally, in collaboration with Regional Head; including integrating E&C Programs activities.
• Implementing a compliance program; ensuring regular assessments and enhancements are made.
• Ensuring affiliates maximise the effectiveness of the compliance program, ensuring that the business leadership is committed to the highest ethical and compliance standards.
• Providing advice and guidance to the business on ethics & compliance matters.

About You
You should have:

• Several years of experience working in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Exceptional experience within healthcare compliance.
• Proficiency in Healthcare Compliance rules and regulations including self-regulated industry codes (e.g. IFPMA, EFPIA, ABPI/PMCPA).
• Experience in a transnational and multicultural environment.
