Regulatory Labeling Project Manager
Schedule: Permanent - Full Time - Office based
TalentSource Life Sciences, the division of CROMSOURCE dedicated to flexible staffing solutions, is currently recruiting for someone to join our client-based team at one of the leading global biopharmaceutical companies. Our client is a world leader, mainly working in the fields of neurology and immunology. Working with both scientists and academics across the globe, they have a focus on new products and a strong science based approach
The primary function of this role is to support the Project Lead and the Project Manager with the end to end labeling.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, tasks and deliverable for the end to end labeling and Artwork initiative,
- Meet with cross-functional stakeholders to review deliverables and timelines,
- Maintain project plan for specific deliverables/areas,
- Coordinate the work of several contractors
- Oversee operations/progress within workstreams, risk identification and escalation
- Report of status and issues to program leader
- Initial focus will be on labeling & artwork management system process improvements, but other areas will be added
Education and experience
- Masters degree
- Fluent in English
- Two or more years of project management experience, PMP certification preferred but not required
- Hard working and strongly motivated
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks, urgencies and deadlines
- Analytical mindset and good communication/influencing skills
- Problem solving attitude
- Must be able to be onsite fulltime
