Job Summary

We are seeking a part timeOffice Coordinatorto join our team in Tempe, AZ!

The Office Coordinator is responsible for assisting the overall corporate office function on a daily basis. This position is the first contact for all external sources to Radiant Corporate office, and involves management of the reception desk as well as answering and routing all inbound calls. The position is responsible for general office support, supply ordering, and project assistance for Executive Assistant as requested.

Role Responsibility

  • Manages the front desk activities of the corporate office including:
  • Greeting, screening and directing external visitors;
  • Answering, directing and screening a large volumes of inbound calls with tact, professionalism and customer service. Takes messages or fields/answers all routine and non-routine questions.
  • Sorting and distributing mail and packages.
  • Coordinating outbound mail, postage, pick-ups, etc.
  • Coordinating meetings, including meals and locations.
  • Provide support for filing, mailings, copying, collating, ordering, etc
  • Coordinating service needs such as maintenance, cleaning, electrical, locksmith, movers, etc.
  • Responsible for gathering changes and updating the Admin Extension List and Corporate Directory and posting them on Share Point as needed.
  • Manages inventory of office, mail and breakroom supplies, replenish as needed. Keep the office supply and breakroom neat and orderly so that supplies can be found easily by all employees.
  • Responsible for coordinating approved charitable drives throughout the year. This includes coordinating drive, communications, tracking employee contributions, and delivery of items.
  • Drafts written responses or replies by phone or e-mail when necessary. Responds to regularly occurring requests for information.
  • Responsible for maintaining the OSHA program for the corporate office, as well as the administration of employee reward / recognition programs.
  • Assists with special projects as needed;
  • May perform other duties not specifically listed in this job description as requested by the manager.

    Job Requirements:Â
    • A high school diploma, or equivalent, and a minimum of 2Âyears of receptionist or office coordination, or related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Â
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) andÂWeb applications;Â
    • Strong organizational skills, a keen attention to detail and thorough follow through;
    • Ability to type proficiently (35+ wpm) and operate a calculator keypad;
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
    • Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to work well independently as well as with co-workers, peers, supervisors and external customers;
    • Ability to effectively and efficiently handle multiple tasks simultaneously with precision and adapt to changes in responsibilities and workloads;
    • Must be professional, possess a high degree of urgency and self-motivation, and have a strong work ethic;
    • Must possess a high degree of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality with HIPAAÂguidelines, patient matters and other sensitive information.
