Strategic Labelling & Advertising / Promotional Review Regulatory Head * Based UK, USA or Europe
This is a well-graded role, in an international bio-pharmaceutical company offering long-term development opportunities, a committed and engaged global leadership team, and offering a progressive package including stock plan.
I am looking for an individual who wants a new challenge, to change the mind-set of regulatory, clinical and commercial, of strategic labelling & Ad Promo being a box ticker and fact checker to being a strategic partner, in disseminating and integrating all the development and commercialization partners inputs not just into a TPP but leading the TPP to the draft commercial labels, with corollary drafts based on clinical and study design inputs, then your team taking that out to the sister team for launch and operations.
Sounds like a complex idea, but if you have done this role already as an owner contributor, you will instantly know what I am driving at. The difference is, this role is managing the strategic labelling leads for global markets including the USA, in a company which wants to create more of a joined up approach, between early development, POC, Ph 3 and final submissions with regulatory labelling.
Of course, then there is the Advertising & Promotional review elements, which to be precise means you will have US, European and International teams supporting the local marketing organizations. This is included in this role as well, so my position is fairly rare as it is a role that has both strategic labelling and Advertising & Promotional review, with a decent headcount to get you started.
I don’t mind how many Ls you spell labelling with, what I am seeking is someone who has true vision for how strategic labelling works, how it can enable to the patient, how to influence global project teams, and decent management / leadership skills.
In return, my client can offer multiple locations in Europe, as long as you are willing to travel to HQs, especially in your first 90 days. Long-term, there is much work to do at the cluster and affiliates levels, so this is a role with depth and variety, and you may also manage a NME TPP yourself in parallel, to showcase your changes and also bring you into the development organization.
